The Avery Lady Vikings have the opportunity to return to the scene of the crime on Wednesday as they venture to Columbus for another matchup with the Polk Lady Wolverines.Avery split the season series with Polk County, with each team winning at home. The Vikings are a Wild Card in seeding purposes for the NCHSAA bracket with a 13-5-1 record, while Polk County earned the #1 conference seed as WHC champions and are 15-6 overall. The winner will play the victory of the Highland Tech/Gray Stone match.
