With the cancellation, combined with Thursday's cancellation of the scheduled games with West Wilkes (exams) and no JV clubs at Thomas Jefferson Academy, Avery's JV teams will next take the floor next Tuesday, January 25th at home against Hendersonville.
Today's scheduled varsity basketball games will still take place in Swannanoa, but the game time has been changed. Avery's varsity girls team will take on Owen beginning at 5 p.m., with the boys teams playing immediately afterward. The varsity teams will finish the week on Friday with games against Thomas Jefferson Academy in the Viking Octagon.
