The Avery Lady Vikings varsity basketball team will return to the hardwood this afternoon at the Draughn Holiday Tournament in Burke County. Avery will take the floor today at 6 p.m. against the Pride from Leesville Road High School in Raleigh. The nightcap features host Draughn taking on perennial 2A power Burns High School at 8 p.m.Losers of today's doubleheader of games will square off on Tuesday evening at 6 p.m., while the winners will meet in the tournament championship game at 8 p.m.
